Founder & CEO
Roger Love Founder / CEO
RHL Associates, LLC was founded by Roger Love in 2005 and was born from the Baker family of companies which has been providing first class plating and chemical processing equipment from coast to coast since 1919.
Schooled at the Institute of Plastics Processing, Aachen University, Aachen, Germany, Roger has been designing and providing corrosion resistant chemical processing systems since 1972.
Raised the bar to the highest level of expertise in the industry for plating and chemical processing equipment, supplies, technical support, sales and distribution since 1972 from RHL Associates, LLC. Industry knowledge has been passed down thru family generations since 1919.

Melissa Tirey
After 52 years in the electroplating industry it was time for a new chapter for Roger Love. He and his wife Jan want to enjoy their well earned retirement and spend more time with the grandkids.
This marks a new chapter for RHL Associates as well. Melissa Tirey and Thorsten Kukovicic take ownership of the business but the business model remains the same: Provide prompt, in-depth service with the same superior products you have received in the past.
Thorsten has a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering and has gained over 15 years of experience in the chemical and fuel cell industry. His experience includes dealing with equipment like pumps, filters, heaters, vessels, and tanks, as well as other process equipment and auxiliary equipment.
Melissa has been a small business owner for 10 years focused on search engine optimization for small and medium sized businesses. She has extensive experience in business operations and customer service.
